MAILING & CUSTOM FEES POLICY

The flutes and incense bundles are ready to mail out. Once we receive your order, we will mail them out within 1-2 weeks. When the flute is mailed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Feel free to track your flute. Once the items are shipped, they can take anywhere from 3 days up to two weeks to arrive, based on where you reside and if you live internationally. Please note: every flute that leaves the Naked Earth Studio was in perfect condition. If it arrives to you damaged, it has been damaged in the mail. Please reach out to us at nakedearthart@gmail.com so we can work with you to correct this. We have insurance on all our mailed packages, so if your flute has been damaged in the mail, then we can either (1) have you send it back, fix it and send it back to you or (2) work with you in order for us to get refunded by the post office, make you a new flute and mail it back. Please note that packages sent to Europe and other places outside of the US often require a customs fee. Sometimes this comes out to a few hundred dollars. It is the customer’s responsbility to pay the customs fee in addition to shipping and tax, not the responsibility of Naked Earth Art.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds at any point in the process. In addition, all sales are final for our digital products as well; digital products are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds. Each item is created with love and devotion, and we honor this policy in order to respect our time and energy as a grassroots business. Thank you for understanding.

GENERAL POLICY

When buying a Native American Style Flute or ritual item from Naked Earth, you are purchasing a handmade item. Every single item we create is handmade with love, which means that some pieces may have imperfections or irregularities and may vary slightly from the photos. Please take this into consideration when purchasing from Naked Earth. We do not remake items. We hope you love your one of a kind, handmade item!
